to request a simple entry form, which can be filled in online.
That form will simply ask (a) for the wording you would like included,
and (b) arrange (if applicable)* your payment method …
(a) The Wording of your Post:
As you will have seen, each post consists of two lines:
The first line in Bold, to include the name of the event, its date and venue
The second line with extra useful outline information.

Whether you are an individual, group or organization wishing to advertise events of potential interest to members of the local community, the following costs apply:
Charities or Good Causes — Free*
(Official Yarmouth Community Events, West Wight Churches, West Wight Charity Fundraising Events, etc).
Other Organisations — £10 per entry
(Including Pubs, Clubs Restaurants, Hotels, etc, and all commercially-run events).
* The Administrators reserve the right to adjudicate in any case where
there is uncertainty into which category advertisers may fall.*
Payments will be requested either: by cheque payable to the Community Hall of Yarmouth and District (‘CHOYD’) or: preferably by direct BACS transfer.
N.B: This website is run on behalf of the Community Hall of Yarmouth and
District (CHOYD). The £10 cost per entry for many users is to cover
the cost of the on-going administration.
Any profits beyond running costs go to the maintenance and
improvement of the facilities of CHOYD.
